Negative Chastity Cage With Urethra
Everything held back, and nothing showing.
An inverted cage works the opposite way to a standard one. Rather than enclosing and projecting forward, the negative design draws everything inward and holds it flat against the body. The result under clothing is not a smaller outline, it is no outline. Steel throughout, with the weight and the cold-then-warm feel that plastic never quite manages.
This one is built to be configured rather than tolerated. Two ring profiles, a belted or non-belted build, and four ring sizes in the box, so you are choosing a fit instead of hoping one arrives.
Curved or flat ring
The ring is the part you feel all day, and the two profiles sit differently.
- Flat spreads pressure across a wider contact area. Better for long continuous wear and the usual pick for anyone who has had pressure points from a wire ring.
- Curved follows the body's contour more closely and sits tighter to the base. More secure, more present, and preferred by wearers who find flat rings shift.
Belted or non-belted
The belted build adds a waist strap that anchors the device in position. Negative-design cages sit differently from conventional ones and slippage during movement is the most common complaint across the whole category. If you plan on all-day or overnight wear, take the belted version. Non-belted is lighter and simpler for shorter sessions.
Four rings, so sizing is not a gamble
40mm, 45mm, 50mm, and 55mm all come in the box. Ring size is the decision that determines whether a cage gets worn or drawered. Too loose and it slips or pulls off. Too tight and you will be removing it within the hour. Measure the circumference at the base with a soft tape or a strip of paper, divide by 3.14, and start with the ring closest to that number. Between two sizes, start with the larger one and work down once you know how your body responds.
What you get

- Four ring sizes included at 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, and 55mm
- Two ring profiles in curved or flat
- Belted or non-belted configuration
- Smooth internal edges and a secure locking pin
Wearing it
Build up gradually. An hour, then a few hours, then overnight. Remove immediately at numbness, tingling, colour change, or pain that does not settle within a couple of minutes of adjusting. Rinse daily under warm water and dry fully before putting it back on. Do not sleep in a new device until you have worn it comfortably through a full waking day.
Care
Warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly, dry completely. Stainless steel can be sterilised in boiling water and will not discolour with normal use.
