Economy Shipping (7-10 business days): Free worldwide. This option is perfect for those who are not in a hurry and want to save on shipping costs.

Express Shipping (3-5 business days): Available for a flat rate of $9.99 worldwide. Ideal for customers needing their order sooner.

Additional Shipping Information

USA Shipping:

  • Orders shipped from our USA warehouse usually arrive within 5-7 working days for standard free shipping.
  • Express orders arrive within 2-3 working days.

Canada Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped from our European warehouse with a standard delivery time of approximately 2 weeks. In rare cases, delivery times may extend up to 30 days due to customs delays.

Europe Shipping:

  • Orders within Europe are shipped from our European warehouse and typically arrive within 10-15 days.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days. In some cases, this may extend up to 30 business days.
  • International shipping rates start at $19.99. Final costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size/weight.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, import duties, or taxes.

APO/FPO Shipments:

  • Shipments to military addresses require a customs form and typically take 10-15 days.

Discreet Packaging and Billing:

  • All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no markings other than a return label listed under “Web Merchants.”
  • Transactions appear as “MYCHASTITYCAGE” or "CC" on your bank or credit card statement for discretion.
