Contacting Customer Service

Returns Within 30 Days of Receipt:

  1. Defective Items

    • If you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it. A prepaid return label will be provided for returning the defective product. Please contact customer service to initiate the return process.
  2. Unwanted Items

    • Opened Items: We cannot accept returns of unwanted items that have been opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
    • Unopened Items: Unopened items can be returned for store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact customer service to arrange your return and receive a return authorization.
  3. Undeliverable or Returned to Sender Packages

    • If your package is undeliverable or returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any additional shipping costs incurred in resending the package will be the customer's responsibility.

Warranty Information

  1. MyChastityCage Products Warranty

    • All MyChastityCage products carry a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. If your item breaks or is defective within this period, please contact us for a replacement.
  2. Other Branded Products

    • Other branded products sold on our website may carry a warranty from the manufacturer. These products are not covered by the MyChastityCage warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy for specific terms and conditions.

Important Notes:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened items unless they are defective.
  • Hygiene and Safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, all returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Any item returned opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
