Contacting Customer Service
For all return requests, please contact our customer service team at info@mychastitycage.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales made through MyChastityCage.com are final. Refunds or replacements are granted only in the circumstances below and only when you contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide proof of the issue.
Defective item: Email info@mychastitycage.com with your order number plus clear photos or video of the defect. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a refund for the product price.
Dissatisfaction with product quality: If the item is unused and still sealed, email us within 30 days explaining why it does not meet your expectations. After approval, you may return it at your expense for store credit or a replacement.
Wrong item shipped: Notify us within 30 days, include photos of the incorrect product, and we’ll cover the return shipping. The correct item will be sent once the original is on its way back.
Undeliverable or refused packages: Original shipping fees are not refunded. Any cost to resend a returned package is the customer’s responsibility.
Additional terms
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
• For hygiene reasons, any opened product can be returned only if it is defective.
• Shipping charges are non‑refundable except when we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
• Every return requires prior authorization from customer service; unauthorized parcels are refused and returned to sender.
