Shipping Policy

Free shipping on eligible orders $50+. Shipping rates and promotional offers are shown at checkout. Available shipping methods and rates may vary by product, destination, season, and current promotions.

Shipping within the USA

  • Standard Shipping: Orders shipped from our USA warehouse typically arrive within 5-7 working days.
  • Express Shipping: Express shipping is available only when offered at checkout. Please review any estimated delivery time shown there.
  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed the same day; orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day.
  • If we fail to dispatch your order in a timely manner, your shipping charges will be refunded, and your order will be sent via Economy shipping.

Shipping to Canada

  • Orders to Canada are shipped from our warehouse in Europe. The standard delivery time is approximately 2 weeks.
  • In rare cases, delivery times may be extended up to 30 business days due to customs clearance or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping within Europe

  • Orders within Europe are shipped from our European warehouse. Delivery times typically range from 10-15 days.
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days. In rare cases, this may extend up to 30 business days.
  • Free shipping is available on eligible orders $50+. Final shipping rates and promotional offers are shown at checkout based on the products and destination.
  • Any customs fees, tariffs, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot be held liable for any additional charges imposed by customs.

APO/FPO Shipments

  • Military shipments to APO/FPO addresses are considered domestic shipments but still require a customs form.
  • A customs form with an accurate description of the contents and their value will be attached to the package.
  • Delivery times may vary, with an average of 10-15 days.

Discreet Packaging

  • We value your privacy. All orders are dispatched in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes without any markings or logos except for the shipping label.
  • The shipping label will only contain your shipping address and a return address listed under “Web Merchants,” with no indication of the package contents.

Processing Times

  • Standard and Expedited Orders: Processed the same day if placed before 2 PM EST on a business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day.
  • Economy Orders: Processed within 2 business days.
  • Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Tracking Information

  • All shipments will be assigned a tracking number. Once a tracking number is assigned, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipments

  • We are required to complete customs forms accurately, including a description of the goods and their value.
  • We are not liable for any customs duties, tariffs, or international taxes imposed outside the USA.
  • All items sold on our site are legal in the USA. However, we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by Customs in your country.

Transit Delays

  • In rare cases, transit delays may occur. If a delay happens, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf to request a refund for the delayed delivery. We will refund you once the carrier processes the claim.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are estimated by the carriers.

Changes or Cancellations

  • If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate any changes if the order is still in our possession. If the order has already shipped, we will be unable to modify or cancel it.
