European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without justification, provided the item is in the same condition as received. This includes being unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, you will be notified and refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
