Sheer floral lace on a low-rise cut, with a metal buckle on each hip. Loosen or tighten the side straps and the fit is yours. Most men's thongs make you guess at a fixed waistband and live with it. This one you adjust after it arrives.

Fit

The buckles give you real range on either side, so the size you pick matters less than it would on a fixed waistband. That said, these are cut on Asian sizing, which runs roughly one size smaller than US labels. Order one size up from your usual. If you normally wear a US medium, take L here. Size M fits a 26" to 32" waist once the straps are opened out.
