Built to stay on.

Most cages force a choice between security and hygiene. Solid tube designs trap moisture and need coming off to clean properly, which means the longest lock-up you can realistically manage is a few days. This open bar cage removes that ceiling. The spaced steel rails let you wash, rinse, and dry the entire device in place, so the limiting factor becomes your tolerance rather than your cleaning schedule.

The curved profile follows the natural downward angle of the body rather than fighting it, which is what makes it sit right through a full day of sitting, walking, and sleeping. An integrated lock at the top keeps the profile clean with no padlock hanging off the front to snag on clothing.

Polished stainless steel throughout. Fully sterilisable, no coating to wear off, no resin to crack. Two keys included.

The urethral tube

This model includes an integrated urethral tube that runs into the cage. For experienced wearers it deepens the sense of restraint considerably and means the device stays functional without removal. It also raises the bar on hygiene and care substantially. Read the safety section below in full before ordering, and if you have not used a urethral device before, this is not the cage to start with.

What you get

  • Open bar construction for airflow and cleaning without removal
  • Curved profile that follows the body's natural angle for all-day comfort
  • Integrated urethral tube for advanced wear
  • Built-in lock with two keys, no external padlock to catch on clothing
  • Polished stainless steel throughout, fully sterilisable
  • Three ring sizes at 40mm, 45mm, and 50mm

Getting your ring size right

Ring size decides whether this works or gets returned. Too loose and the cage slips or comes off entirely. Too tight and you will be taking it off within the hour. Measure the circumference at the base with a soft tape or a strip of paper, divide by 3.14, and order the ring closest to that number. Between two sizes, take the larger one on a first device. The urethral tube makes correct sizing more important, not less, because a shifting cage means a shifting tube.

Urethral safety, read before ordering

Sterilise the device before every single use. Boiling water or a medical-grade sterilant, no exceptions, and the tube specifically. Use sterile water-based lubricant generously and never force insertion. Insert slowly and stop at any resistance. Do not wear this for extended periods until you have real experience with urethral play and know how your body responds over hours rather than minutes.

Remove the device and stop immediately if you notice bleeding, burning during urination, difficulty urinating, discharge, fever, or pain that does not settle. See a doctor if any of these persist after removal. Urinary tract infections are the most common complication of urethral play and they need treating, not waiting out. Never share this device between people.

Wearing it

Build up gradually. An hour, then a few hours, then overnight, then longer. Remove immediately at numbness, tingling, colour change, or pain that does not settle within a couple of minutes. Rinse daily under warm water and dry fully.

Care

Warm water and mild soap for daily cleaning, with the open bars allowing this without removal. Full sterilisation in boiling water between wears. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
