Obviously this is extreme and not easy to put on. I have 15 other cages and nothing compares to this one. I am 7"+ and I bought the smallest circumference. I can get it on and wear it for hours. Be careful because there are pinch points and take your time. This is not for everyone but give it a try.
This is an excellent chastity cage. I believe the construction to be above par, let alone for the price. Due to the nature of the design with the prongs to hold it to the ring, it is possible to inch yourself in it, but this is a general factor of ALL similar chastity devices, so be careful putting it on or applying any force to the "cage" front. This has not tarnished or blemished despite heavy use, and is made of sturdy materials that aren't going to remotely bend or break - if anything be absolutely certain of your size, because I'd be surprised if this could be removed safely if it cuts off circulation due to the ring being too small. The back of the plate does have a "ring" on it that creates a crease where grime can build up on the inside edge but it's easy enough to clean. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this product, and frankly, it's just freaking cute.
This is what the dream of a cage is. This is my first flat cage and it is the only one I need. There are downsides but they are my fault for going so small so fast. It fits very nice against the balls and the lock is not hard to put on. The size of the ring is nice (even though I went a size too small) and I feel comfortable wearing it. A tip for any people with cages, this is not a 24/7 cage, you need to take it off if it feels uncomfortable and when you need to pee
